IACLP is a professional association founded with the intention of creating a fraternity of professionals and facilitating the delivery of services related to career guidance and livelihood planning, of the highest quality, by competent and recognised professionals.  

The Association will create or strengthen existing systems to facilitate the personal choices and decisions of persons of all ages as they anticipate, prepare for, enter into, face and cope with the dynamics of the labour market and the workplace.
